do I sell an item?
Selling an item is really
easy on Snakes.co.za all you need to do is:
- Register
- Go to the "My
Account" section
- Then click on "Create
a new item"

How
do I make a payment?
Payments
can be made into our First National Bank
account via the following methods:
Internet
transfer
ATM transfer
Going into the bank and make a deposit

How
do I close my listing?
To close an item you will
need to:
- Be logged
in to your account
- Go to the "My
Account" section
- Then click on "View
all my open items"
- From
there you can close an item.
Remember if you close
an item you should give a reason so that people who have circled
that item can see why you closed it.
The advert will not be available
for people to see after you close it (unless they did circle it). By closing
an advert you can always restart the advert at a later time, you will need to
pay again to restart any advert (only if it was not a free advert).
If you delete the item no
one will be able to see it. You will also not be able to restart the advert
you will need to make a new one.
Once an advert expires,
that advert may still show on the system for a few days. So if you want your
advert to be off the system strictly on expiration date please close it.

How
do I make an offer on a listing?
To make an offer on an item
you will need to:
- Be logged
in to your account if you are not logged in the Make
Offer screen will not
appear.
Remember not all adverts
will have the Make Offer
option on them. Only those adverts with the Make
Offer icon are accepting
offers.
So if the seller did not
choose that option when placing the advert he / she is probably not accepting
offers.

What
are your fees for selling an item?
Basic adverts
are FREE!
However
if you need some of the more advanced features
which will make your item sell quicker
then you can view the listing prices by:
- Logging
in
to your account
- Go to
the "My Account" section
- Then click on "Create
a new item"
If you have a pet shop veterinary
or other commercial organization and you would like to advertise on this web
site you are welcome to do so.
