• Your advert must be relevant to this site, you may advertise snakes, reptiles, rats, mice, reptile food, cages and anything else you think might be relevant.
• Snakes.co.za reserves the right to DELETE adverts that we feel are not appropriate NO REFUND will be given if an advert is DELETED. Adverts will be screened and Snakes.co.za will decide (at its sole discretion) whether or not the advert is appropriate.
• Snakes.co.za and anyone associated with it does not warrant this service in anyway and will therefore not be held liable for any loss or damage however caused, whether directly or indirectly caused from this site, and by registering you agree to indemnify us from any liabilities,costs or expenses incurred by you for any reason relating to this service.
• Snakes.co.za does not warrant or guarantee in any way any of the items sold on this site.
• In the event of a dispute or where a client requires a refund, the said request needs to be put into writing and mailed to info@snakes.co.za We reserve the right to decide (at our sole discretion) whether or not the request will be granted.
• People who place prank, jokes or adverts that are not true may be PROSECUTED. Civil or criminal legal action may be taken you have been warned.
